01 The blank prompt problem
Generic plans are fast and mostly useless
Type a topic and a grade into any chat tool and you get a competent, complete, entirely generic lesson plan in twelve seconds. It is a reasonable plan for an imaginary class. It has no idea that six of your students think the second percentage applies to the original number and that three cannot convert a percentage to a decimal at all.
So the teacher does what they always did: throws away most of it and rewrites the middle. The generation was never the expensive part. Knowing what this specific class needs is the expensive part, and it is the part a blank prompt cannot supply.

A plan is a decision about how a class spends an hour, and decisions belong to the person who is accountable for them. What is generated is the draft and the evidence behind it; what happens on Tuesday is yours.
That distinction is not a disclaimer, it determines how the feature is built: every element of the plan carries the mastery data it came from, so you can see why it suggested a parallel group and disagree with it in five seconds.
